Standing Water Leading to Mold

This is a crawl space in Brandywine which was having issues with standing water which lead to the infestation of mold. Our crews first step was to remove the insulation, as well as, the vapor barrier completely out of the crawl space. They then cleaned out the entire area. After, they installed a new vapor barrier which is put in place to help resist diffusion of moisture. Our crew sealed the vents, installed a dehumidifier in the crawl space, as well as installed a sump pump and a drain tile on the exterior of the property.
