Dunkirk Pipe Burst

These home owners were suffering with water damage due to a frozen pipe that burst causing damage to the lower level of their home. Once the owners contacted us and the insurance adjuster approved our Contruction Managers estimate for the reconstruction, it was time for our team to get to work. Like most of our work, it began with organizing and scheduling. Here at, SERVPRO of St. Mary's and Calvert Counties, we used advanced water damage inspection and extraction equipment to help find the moisture and remove the water as quickly as possible. We removed a portion of the insulation and the drywall that were in the affected areas and replace it. Then we finished by painting, millwork, and replacing the flooring.
