HVAC Leak Pt. 2

This is another look at the damage that was created in St. John's School by the HVAC leak in the attic. Here we have shown the outcome of what happened when the water seeped into the acoustical ceiling tiles. The water began to create too much pressure on the tile causing it to break. Along with repairing the insulation, replacing the dry wall and installing new cubbies, our construction team also repaired part of the acoustical ceiling.
